Leap Year Baby

How special that I had a Leap Year Baby to photograph this year.  So special, that I know it won't happen again for at least another 4 years!  Let me introduce the very sweet and special little guy, Landon.  We had a fantastic session.  He was such an angel for me and continued to sleep in his belly position despite me moving him from bean bag,  to basket, to box.  Martine and Daniel, congratulations on your new little man. Lucky Baby

July 7, 2007 was considered the luckiest day of the century and I would have to say that I agree!  I have now photographed 3 sweet babies born on this day!  This is one of the babes, Tyler.  I had the privilege of doing a session with him when he was only 6 days old and now again at 8 months old.  He is full of personality and always willing to smile on cue.  He came with a car load of props and we had so much fun with all of his duckies.  Jennifer and Charlie, I had such a great afternoon and was so honoured to photograph Tyler again.  He is so gorgeous and has the most amazing big, brown eyes.  I hope you enjoy this little sneak peek of your session.

Here is Tyler at 6 days old.  It is hard to believe he was so small!

Baby Olivia

I so enjoyed photographing this sweet little 9 day old baby.  She had the most fabulous nursery that included a window seat.  I think that is every little girl's dream.  The first photo is one my all-time favorites.  I love Daddy and Baby photographs but this one is just extra special.  You can almost feel the love he has for his new daughter.  Lisa and Sean, thanks so much giving me the opportunity to meet Olivia.  She is so gorgeous and you are a beautiful family.

 

Sweet Baby Jane

I could go on and on about how much I loved doing this session.  It was done in my home which was a nice treat for me since I didn't have to transport all of those props.  It was the shortest newborn session I have done to date as well.  Once she fnally fell asleep, we were able to pose in her in lots of different different ways; not to mention all of those sweet hats we put on her.  Jane was a tiny, little thing and had the most amazing head of hair!  Alison, I know you have been waiting to see these so I hope you enjoy them! 

Family of Four

This next session was so much fun for me.  It was the first photo shoot I had done for a seven month old and I had the best time!  The family was so sweet and made sure to include their first born, Clancy (the furry one), as much as possible.  The baby, Jill, was an absolute delight to photograph.  She was smiling on cue and I couldn't get enough of those sweet lips of hers.  She had the most precious hats and bows for her hair.  Definitely a girl after my own heart.  It was so hard to decide which photos to include on the blog as a sneak preview because I have so many favorites.  Kevin and Julie, I can't wait to show you all of the precious memories I captured for you of your sweet family.
