This little sweetie is a very special girl to me. She is the daughter of a childhood friend. I still can't believe that friends I grew up with are now mothers. It is very touching for me to see them with their precious babies and enjoying their new roles as Mommy. Jill, I am so ecstatic for you and Bryan. You have a beautiful little girl. Thank you so much for allowing me to capture Anna during her first days in this world.
My next session was with a little guy named Connell. He was 4 weeks in these photos and such a content baby, very willing to be put in any pose at all. The best part is that he is the cousin to Henry, a little boy I photographed back in November. I get comments on Henry's "smile" all the time- you got to love a dreaming baby. Here is Henry.
These two little guys are so lucky to grow up with each other. I can imagine the adventures they will have together- riding their bikes, making sand castles at the beach, and catching frogs and other slimy amphibians to scare the girls. I have no idea if boys still do this kind of thing but in my mind I still believe they do. Here is Connell now at 4 weeks old in all his sweetness.
